"Those with a keen eye will note that there is no mention of the percentage increases for a season ticket on a band by band basis and no reference is made to the rate of inflation, which is falling (it currently stands at 3.4%) and is expected to fall further throughout the year."

it's not "falling" it's just not going up as much as it was.
it's still going up.

One further point, we should never rely on these clubs or any vendor to be transparent regarding pricing as their operating model is obfuscation.

Therefore supporters should make a note of what the prices are each year.

The 2024/25 season ticket prices are outlined on the club's website, so we should take screen grabs of that as that information will disappear after the season ticket renewal window closes.

Re: SEASON TICKETS 2024-25 - Hammers United
I note the club has sneakily included a booking window if you want to change seats on top of the price increases. You have to renew by 12 April to be eligible to change seats, so I have had to renew for me and my boy already as I want to be eligible to change seats.

The finance deal via the club is also no longer interest free, I note. I loaded the renewal onto a credit card I currently have an interest free period on instead.

I'm up in the gods, in the Bobby Moore, and my ticket has gone up by 10%. I've written to the club, but doubt I will hear anything.

Onsideman

I share your sentiments, all clubs care about now is customers......they don't give a fuck about loyal West Ham fans.

There must of been 1000 South Koreans in the home end tuesday eve

And what the fuck was that pre match montage/light show bollocks all about

Had to laugh at the montage, virtually all the clips in the 5/6 mins of bollocks were from the first 8 games of the season....not been much to shout about since!!

and finally... the affordable bollocks stuff needs to stop. Outside of the shit seats in the gods behind the goals it isnt that affordable, and the price of food and a pint is an absolute joke

Re: SEASON TICKETS 2024-25 - Hammers United

I'm full on Moyes Out and am unlikely to renew if he stays but, like everything else in the world, watching football is changing at a pace. Moyes or not, the experience just isn't the same anymore for those of us they call legacy fans.

Late notice changes to kick off dates and times, ludicrous matchday concession prices, thousands of half and half tourists. The away experience os the closedt you'll get to old skool football, but it's almost impossible for anyone to build up their points sufficiently now for that to be a viable option.

It's not just us though. I caught the last 5 minutes of the Arsenal-Luton game last night and by then the ground was less than half full.. . a team challenging for the league who love their cunt of a manager.

My ST will be £1175 next season and, Moyes or no Moyes, it has definitely reached the point where I'm questioning the value. I go with my daughter and it great to spend time with her and to meet a bunch of mates I've been watching with for decades beforehand, but those are probably the only things I would miss

Surely the main point, driver here is if Moyes remains or not, not if you have to pay an extra few quid more for your seat??
